was a Shaolin Temple and they really did practice Kung Fu there.
The Academy of Martial Arts in Santa Cruz, California, is one of
the only direct lineage schools in the Western world deriving from the
Shaolin Temple itself. We are understandably proud of a tradition
that spans over 1000 years. Our other roots go back to some of the
top instructors of their styles. Many are rarely seen, even today,
outside of China.
