 Besides his decades of training in White Crane, Mr. Bernard was also introduced to Wing Chun Kung Fu by Shifu Ngu in 1988. He also had the privilege of studying the northern Cha Chuan system under Master Xu Gong-Wei from 1995 to 2000. Finally, he also has had the honor to study under the guidance of Bak Sing Choy Lay Fut Master Chiu Kwok-Chung.  We  teach 24 and 42 (cwa) forms with modified 24 form for children and for falls prevention in care environments. We both have been nurses and teach Taiji full time in the day for Health Boards, education boards , charity organisations and health promotion boards. evenings and weekends. When we teach our own students, they may choose a long form or weapons set. qigong is an integral part of our teaching.
