- WEST, Turn, Right CAT stance, outward block
- Drop forearm, Right to BOW stance, right punch
SOUTH
- Left to BOW stance, Right Eagle Claw, Left Slicing Chop
- Advance, right foot, BOW stance, left outward block, right Punch
- Advance, left Side HORSE, left drop palm
- Stay, shift to left BOW, thrust right willow palm over left smother arm
- Cross right fist and left palm at chest, left chop to the side
- Slight step rightward with left foot, advance right foot into BOW stance
Slam right forearm into left circling palm. (This is know as Pi Da and is the refrain of the form.)
- Advance left foot to left Side HORSE stance, double downward chops
- Hold Ball at right hip
- Step right to BOW, Left circles CW, Smother and Right hand spear
- Sit back in a side HORSE, Left Upward wiping block, right punch to pubis
NORTH
- Shift to left BOW stance, right slap to groin
- Shift back into left CAT stance, pull back right hand, wipe down forearm with left
- Pi DA Right
- From right BOW raise to right CRANE, inside wipe to right arm with left, willow leaf
- Replant right foot to BOW, stoke with right willow leaf, left cover hand
- Advance left, swing both arms, sit in PU TUI stance, both hand slap ground
- Pi Da Right
SOUTH
Shift back to left Leaning BOW stance, reinforced left elbow Poke to rear NORTH
- Shift forward again to right BOW stance, left forearm smash, right slap arm
- Step to left HORSE stance, Double downward Chops
- Back hook both Monkey Palms to waist, spin rightward 270º to end in
- Right BOW stance, Butterfly hands to mid-section
SOUTH
- Shift to left BOW stance opposite direction, right slap to groin,
- Shift back to left CAT stance, pull back right hand, wipe forearm with left Pi Da Right
- Right Crane Hook on left forearm, drop and split hands with Left Golden Hook Sweep. 7 Star stance.
- Left Crane Hook on right forearm, drop and split hands with Right Golden Hook Sweep. 7 Star stance.
- Retreat Right leg to Left BOW stance, Pi Da Right
- Retreat Left leg to Right BOW stance, Pi Da Left
- Back hook both Monkey Palms to waist, spin rightward 90º to end in
- Right BOW stance, Butterfly hands to mid-section
NORTH
- Back hook both Monkey Palms to waist, lift Right knee to spin rightward 180º, end in
Right BOW stance, Butterfly hands to mid-section SOUTH
- Back hook both Monkey Palms to waist, lift Left knee leftward 180º, end in
- Left BOW stance, Butterfly hands to mid-section
