This 3-month series is an introduction to the beautiful art of Tai Chi.

We will begin with the proper structure and bio-mechanics that give this ancient martial art its well-deserved reputation as a health and longevity practice. We will teach you a Yang-style short set that Sifu Ted Mancuso specifically designed which follows authentic and traditional principles. It is also learnable in a 3-month time frame.

The class is oriented to beginners, but more experienced students who want to refresh their skills are welcome and encouraged to attend and practice, including students who have taken or completed any of Narrye Caldwell’s previous 3-month Tai Chi classes.

Small class size ensures individual attention.

4:30-5:30 p.m.


$75/month (paid monthly)
$191.25 (3 months paid in advance for 15% discount)

*No class on Memorial Day, May 27
